At Arcadia Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not in love with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
